Here’s a bit more about how our process works, from quote to invoicing:
- Get a quote. Call us anytime or email us at quote@abletransportsolutions.com. For standard loads, you’ll usually receive a quote within minutes but expect to receive it within an hour. For standard loads, you’ll usually receive a quote within minutes, specialized typically within an hour. Very specialized, we will need extra time to make sure all details are accounted for.
- Credit review. We often extend credit to our new customers. Alternatively, you can prepay with a credit card or check.
- A single point of contact. After you’ve received your quote and we’ve reviewed your credit (or you’ve prepaid), we’ll assign you a single point of contact to manage your account. As an expert, this person will be your go-to for anything you need while we’re working together.
- Automatic updates. If you’re the type who lives for up-to-the-minute notifications, you can opt-in to receive tracking and tracing updates for your shipment.
- Login. Your point of contact will give you login information so that in the future, you can enter your own loads into our system. (If the customer prefers, they can email it over.)
- Success! We’ll notify you when your load is picked up, and again when it’s delivered safe and sound.
- Invoice. Within a few days, you’ll receive an invoice from Able Transport Solutions. Payment is due within 30 days. Rinse and repeat!
