Then there’s the Carrier’s Dispatch team. They take the handoff, book the load, give the driver clear instructions, and keep everyone updated as things move.
And of course, the Drivers. The backbone of it all. They’re the ones getting your freight safely from point A to point B, handling the loading, securing, and unloading, and navigating everything from tight job sites to cross-country hauls. Many owner-operators even run their own dispatch while doing it.
